Major Changes:

• Improved the class compulsory subject assignment feature to allow zero compulsory classes, this helps to make the platform more adaptable to different scenarios.

• Prefixed all Kralis SMRS routes with with /srms/ in kralis-web for better organization.

• Added link to the changelog page to the footer section of Kralis landing and auxiliary pages. Also, in the dashboard sidebar and Kralis app version views (made the text a link to the changelogs page).
