<p>At the SRMS homepage, Click on the Scoresheet option at the top right of the screen and this will bring down a form for you to fill in the year, term, class, class section (optional), and subject. After filling in the information on the form, you click on the <em>Go To Scoresheet</em> button. As shown in the image below:</p>

To Check the subjects of the student in our class, add a new student to a subject, or unenroll a student from the subject we will click on the Subject option following these steps:</p>

<li><p>It will display the names of students in your class, the tick boxes, and the action button beside their names</p>
</li>
<li><p>The tick boxes beside the student name are used to enroll and unenroll a student from that particular subjects</p>

<li><p>The action button displays the result form</p>
</li>
<li><p>When you are done editing the subject section, you click on the update button at the top of the interface to save the changes you made. As shown in the images below:</p>

<p>After you have successfully created a course, follow these steps to add a new module to the course:</p>

<li><p>Click on the manage option below the course</p>

<li><p>This will display the course overview and also a Module Option</p>
</li>
<li><p>Click on the Module option and it will display on your screen Add Module button</p>
</li>
<li><p>Click on the Add Module button and it will show the module form view</p>

<li><p>On the module form view, you have to fill in the information needed like the title of the module and the description</p>
</li>
<li><p>When you fill in the above information, you click on the Create button below the module form and it will automatically create a new module for the course. As shown in the image below</p>

<li><p>Click on the Add Lesson button, and the lesson form will be seen on your screen</p>

<li><p>On the lesson form, you have to fill in the information needed like the title of the lesson and the description</p>

<li><p>When you fill in the above information, you click on the Create button below the lesson form and it will automatically create a new lesson for the module. As shown in the image below:</p>

<p>To add units to a lesson, the following steps are required:</p>

<li><p>After creating a lesson, below the lesson, there is a Units option</p>

<li><p>Click on the Units option, this will display the Add Units button</p>

<li><p>Click on the Add Unit button, and the unit form will be seen on your screen</p>

<li><p>On the unit form, you have to fill in the information needed like the title of the lesson, the description, the topic, and the content</p>

<li><p>When you fill in the above information, you click on the Create button below the unit form and it will automatically create a new unit for the lesson. As shown in the image below:</p>

<p>After creating questions for the test, next you create answers for each question by following these steps:</p>

<li><p>After creating the question, below the question created you will see the answers option, click on it</p>

<li><p>It will display a box where you get to type in the answers</p>
</li>
<li><p>For each option you type in the answer box, you click on create before moving to the next one</p>

<li><p>On the correct option(Answer) you will tick the small box beside the big box before clicking on create</p>

<p>When on the Scoresheet Enrollment Management, You can access the Results, Section, or Subject options by clicking on anyone of your choice. To Check the results of the student in our class or add a new result we will click on the Result option following these steps:</p>

<li><p>Click on the Result option on the enrollment management interface</p>
</li>
<li><p>It will display the names of students in your class and the action button beside their names</p>
</li>
<li><p>To see a student result, you click on the action button beside the name of the student (ie the three dots by the side of each student's name)</p>

<li><p>When you click on the action button, it will display on your screen a result form of that student where you can new entry and view and update the student's result</p>
</li>
<li><p>When you edit the scores in the student result, you click on update to save the new changes</p>
</li>
<li><p>You can also create a new result by clicking on the Add Result button on the Result interface as shown in the images below:</p>

<p>When you click on the Go To scoresheet button as shown above, it will display on the screen no entries found, you have to add students to the section by:</p>

<li><p>It will display the enroll management homepage showing the Results, Section and Subject options all listed out</p>

<li><p>Click on the Section option and this will take you to the section dashboard</p>

<li><p>The names of all the students in the class showing on the screen with a box beside them</p>
</li>
<li><p>Tick on the boxes as many as you want to enroll in that particular section</p>
</li>
<li><p>When you are done, click on the update button at the top of the dashboard. This will take time to load and when it has loaded it will display on the screen the names of the students you enrolled into that section. As shown in the images below:</p>

This new entry is only done when you want to add the student's previous results in their previous school to the database. While adding a new entry the automatic button that is located at the top right of the screen close to the save option should be turned off as you wont be able to create a new entry with it on. <h3 id="heading-step-1-log-into-your-kralis-account"><strong>Step 1: Log into Your Kralis Account</strong></h3>
<p>To get started, visit the Kralis website and log in using your teacher credentials. Enter your ID and PIN, and click on Sign In.</p>
<h3 id="heading-step-2-go-to-the-sidebar-menu"><strong>Step 2: Go to the SideBar menu</strong></h3>
<p>After a successful login, go the the Sidebar menu located on the left-hand side of your teacher dashboard which is the three lines as shown in the image below, and click on it.</p>
<h3 id="heading-step-3-locate-the-kralis-srms-in-the-sidebar-menu"><strong>Step 3: Locate the Kralis SRMS in the sidebar menu</strong></h3>
<p>When you click on the sidebar menu, you will see the Kralis SRMS section, click on it and it will take you to the SRMS homepage where you will see the Scoresheet, results, and reports</p>
<h3 id="heading-step-4-accessing-the-scoresheet-in-srms"><strong>Step 4: Accessing the Scoresheet in SRMS</strong></h3>
<p>At the SRMS homepage, Click on the Scoresheet option at the top right of the screen and this will bring down a form for you to fill in the year, term, class, class section (optional), and subject. After filling in the information on the form, you click on the <em>Go To Scoresheet</em> button. As shown in the images below:</p>

<p>When you click on the Go To Scoresheet button as shown in the image above, it will take you to the scoresheet view page, the scoresheet will display the list of students along with their current scores. The layout of the scoresheet will provide you with an overview of the students performance in each assessment or grading period. As shown in the image below:</p>

<h3 id="heading-step-6-create-a-new-entry"><strong>Step 6: Create a New Entry</strong></h3>
<p>At the scoresheet view page, by the top right of the screen is the create new entry button. Click on it to add an entry for a new student. This new entry is only done when you want to add the student's previous scores in their previous school to the database. While adding a new entry the automatic button that is located at the top right of the screen close to the save option should be turned off as you wont be able to create a new entry with it on. As shown in the images below:</p>

<p>After turning the automatic button off, you click on the Add New Entry button as shown in the image above. This will bring out a form where you fill in the student name, kick-off score, assignment score, project, test, and exam score, after inputting the scores it totals itself up and also gives out the grade for that subject. After filling in the form, click on the Create button, it will create and show on the scoresheet view page. After this, you can then turn the automatic button back.</p>
